You can bring existing reviews to your Shopper Approved account as long as they're product reviews. We will import them into our system and they can appear on your product pages in our review widgets. Merchant (or seller) ratings and reviews are a different story; Google doesn't allow importing those reviews or moving them around from platform to platform. There may also be restrictions with other review providers you may have used (or be using). Check with your current provider for full details.
