Reviews cannot be deleted or edited. Reviews collected by Shopper Approved are from verified customers following a completed purchase. As a Google Review Partner, reviews are not allowed to be edited, deleted, or suppressed. Research shows that consumers trust brands more when they have a full spectrum of reviews, and a perfect 5-star review is actually less trustworthy.

Negative reviews should not be edited, removed, or suppressed, because consumers actually appreciate seeing a full spectrum of reviews, and in fact lose trust in companies with perfect reviews. A Google Review Partner contractually cannot alter reviews in any way. The best way to handle a negative or critical review is to address the customer's problem and request that they leave a revised review based on the cure. Learn more about responding to reviews.
