I had no issues with placing the order and getting the dock levelers. There was an issue that the dock levelers did not come with the owners manual and electrical details for the controllers. It took mutiple phone calls and a few days to get the information. By that time we had to trouble shoot it myself, we did eventually figure it out. Then after the levelers were installed one of the hydraulic pistons started to leak oil with in two weeks of use. These levelers were installed for tempoary use so I did not pursue the issue but I though you should know there was a hydraulic leaking issue.
