The purchase experience was good, but your computer system switched the desired delivery location with my billing address, which cause some issues later. The FedEx delivery driver ignored the delivery instructions to get a signature for the delivery and left the package in my driveway. I contacted both FedEx and your company about the issue. Your company responded to my complaint in one day.

Hard to tell how the whole process is going to go at this point but ordering was easy. I would've liked to have a shipping estimate prior to ordering. That honestly may deter me from ordering again in the future

That's why we feel it's important to pass the savings on to you by providing a discounted shipping fee under the typical retail cost. In order to do this, we have to take into account the specific packages on a per order basis. We understand this might not be a typical way of doing things, but it's just another way for us to put the customer first!
