I watched the YouTube video on RV vacuflush system and it was very clear and helpful. When I went to your website I had a question about what parts I would need to repair our system and use the "Text Us Now" feature. A technician answered quickly and was able to assist me in getting the right parts. It was also helpful to see the note on the product that if you have a Fleetwood RV - use this.....
