I had the net mess brass catcher before and it was always flopping around. The mesh would get tighter the more spent casing that went in it.... This is much more substantial on the rifle....

Works as advertised. I do wish that the piece that clips on to rifle was available to purchase separately. As far as I can see the reservoir is available for separate purchase but not the clip on piece. I shoot 6.5 Grendel, 300 HAM'R and 7.62x39 which I reload and no longer need to search for 30 minutes to locate valuable fired brass. Inevetably I would loose at least one or two pieces before at $.75-$1.00 a case at the range before this purchase. When hunting all were a loss. Paid for itself in a single trip hunting. What more can I say. Catches valuable brass that I no longer loose and doesn't catch on everything like the netting on the others I tried and hated. Recommend this product to others that reload
