At first, you would think that gfuel is a pre-workout but really it's not... It's more better then that cause it just gives you energy and it gets you motivated to do something or just get you through a hard day at the office. Less calories, no sugar. What can go wrong with that?

Tastes better with milk. Tastes like a strawberry milkshake, would highly recommend. Banana flavour was more noticeable with water, not milk.
