From the time I submitted my order, she was attentive and polite, happy to check in on the progress of the patches from start to finish. The original proof was very nearly perfect and she helped accommodate and clarify changes that needed to be made. The patches were then shipped promptly and came looking absolutely beautiful. This was my first time ordering with GG-JJ, and the process was seamless. We needed custom patches made from a pre-existing design, and they were able to faithfully incorporate the design into fabric form.
