This is the second time I have worked with Judy on these custom patches. Each time the process was quick and easy and the patches turned out great. I have compared the patches from the first order with the ones I just got and I would say the quality has actually improved.

Due to the difference in computer screen colors, my first order had one color that was a little off. This time I asked Judy to just make sure the color that needed to be changed was red. It turned out perfect. The only thing I don't like is that the order has to be shipped from China. That being said, the order still arrived before the stated delivery date. Good company with a great product.

Not only are the patches always exceptional, and well priced, they are often here before the promised deadline, and that is, in my opinion, because my sales rep, Penny, is exceptionally concerned with customer satisfaction. I know that sounds a little contrived, but it is such a rare thing to have a sales rep who cares more about the customer's needs than their own. Penny does an exceptional job feeling like she really cares that you get what you want and what you need. She is an absolutely tremendous help to us, and it was such a pleasure to work with her on nearly ten projects now. I think so highly of the results she has shepherded through on our behalf that I am trying to build a bigger business in insignia because I know I can do big things with Penny's help. She is a tremendous blessing to both my business and her employer's and that is not an easy balance to come by. She's exceptional in so many ways, and despite my being incredibly picky and demanding, she has just made it work. I wish they would clone her!

Everything was fantastic the only issue I had was a few of the coins appeared to have a die misprint on them. They looked like they were accidentally double printed and the lettering was messed up. Unfortunately, with the coins no extras were sent to account for the errors so I paid for a few that I will not be able to hand out because of the errors.
