So this order came after I had contacted three other companies and they failed to even return an e-mail. These guys on the other had responded quickly, had a updated patch built in a very reasonable about of time and communicated openly. The order was then produced and delivered with a high level of quality. After all the frustration of trying to deal with these other companies, this one really came through.

Love these embroidery patches! I'm trying the velcro backing but I love all the samples and all the backings. Judy was very respectful in the whole process and worked at getting it right every time I asked a question.
