Bella and the design team at gs-jj.com were fantastic to work with. This was my first time creating a challenge coin and they made quick revisions to my design. I work with the U.S. Military with whom these challenge coins are so famously sought after, so I was pretty picky about how things looked as I worked through this project. The folks at gs-jj.com (especially Bella) are perfect in customer service. I already have plans for another project and have already referred a friend to them for at least one project of his own. I was honestly surprised with the quickness in which my inquiries were responded to by Bella. I placed a small order of 100 coins but was treated as if I was a major customer. I made several errors in my design order and Bella corrected my errors quickly and efficiently then sent the updated proof back to me to ensure I was 100% satisfied before placing our order. The proof was exactly as I wanted, and ordering was easy, so I await my coins with anticipation. You will have better luck finding a unicorn than a better deal here for the quality of metal and customer service experience. Bella is the absolute best to work with. Coins have arrived and are better than expected. Thank you Bella. Andrew

The only issue I have with this service is that their web pages are on an older technology so I had issues paying on my mobile devices, even when I switched to desktop mode. But other than that, this was a great experience. I am looking forward to receiving my product!

Got super fast and high quality help from Bella. The proposed designs based on my pictures were done very fast (within 24 hours) and are of high quality. Also good fair price and no problem sending it to Sweden apparently. Highly recommend. See attached pic of how they proposed it. Sent this review from my anonymous profile because google doesn´t let me hide last name from main account. I´m getting 20 of each design, 40 in total for around 220$. The Hamster is sewn/stich and the PlatyCorn will be printed, both with velcro backings. Might be some additional shipping to Sweden.

Have worked with Judy on two projects and in each case found her to be an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. On numerous occasions she made suggestions to improve our project and on other occasions was able to adapt to our requirements quickly. Judy always responded to our queries quickly and we always knew the status of our project which was on a tight timeline. The first time we worked with Judy was also the first time that we had turned our designs into patches, so we did not know what to expect. Judy helped us considerably. Obviously, having worked twice with Judy means that I would work with her again as I have already done so. Final product was well executed and delivered quickly.
