This company has really worked with me. They made sure to get the product just right and when the delivery company lost my package, they sent another out right away and even used a different carrier per my request since I was afraid of it getting lost. They are fantastic and I can always rely on them to respond and make the right changes. Would highly recommend.

we designed and ordered patches from here for our fire dept. everyone loves them. they came out exactly how we wanted them including the right size and details in our custom fire emblem than included a a half an inch portion of our tribal flag that has some very small details in it. and Bella helped me though the entire process and also kept constant contact to ensure my order was correct and on its way.
