The embroidery and patch quality was awesome. We've had some troubles ironing on with the thick merrow edge, but have found some work arounds. The patches are really high quality and everyone loves them.

It would have been nice to get a darker maroon backing for the patches. It was difficult to tell the exact color from the online proof, and the color would have been better had it been darker.
