The sales coordinator I went through, Jessica, was amazing. We went back and forth for a few days editing the design until it was perfect and she always responded quickly. I'm glad she put up with me lol. In addition to the great service, the prices they have are lower than anywhere else I found. I'd highly recommend them to anyone else looking for custom patches and I'll use them again if ever the need arises.
