Just placed a second order with Ingrid! These patches are by far the best quality embroidery I've seen. Ingrid has been my contact and is very detailed. I did some custom size patches that were cut too shape! I've never worked with a company that can make such large custom embroidery. I ordered patches that are almost a foot tall and 9 inches wide and the quality is GREAT! Thanks Ingrid! Eric

Landy was great! My sales rep answered all of my questions. Customer service was quite intrusive though, too much like a "Big Brother" thing to me, creepy, always popping into our conversation. I was continually "reminded" to hit "reply all" all. the.time., when there is no "reply all" button to click when replying to the reps reply. I thought the emails to Landy and I were secure but ya'll are evidently "monitoring" our conversations.
