Very nice with minor exception of one letter "b" appearing like the bottom of the letter did not close making it appear more as the letter "h" then a "b". The overall job looks very good.

I received the sample patches and requested that the stitching of the letters on my patch be done a little better. The patches that I received were exactly the same as the sample patches and so I was a little disappointed that no one listened to my requests. These patches are decent and I will use them but I'll likely move on to a different company next time.

I called regarding the stitching of my patches. I requested that the stitching of the block letters in my logo be a little better a little tighter because I still saw a little bit of the black patch through the white letters. Customer service responded that they would take care of it but the patches I received were exactly the same as the samples. So I don't believe my concerns were addressed at all.

From the beginning of the design process to the custom patches arriving it has been an amazing experience. Lynne on the sales team has been extremely helpful and always keeping me updated on the status of the order. Quick turn around time on design work as well as quotes is consistent. Quality of the patches is fantastic! I highly recommend working with this company and their great team members such as Lynne.

Overall we am very very pleased with our logoed products!!! The customer service representative assigned to me was friendly and helpful, but there were times when I had to delay tasks until the next day as I waited on simple answers because only one person was allowed to help me which was frustrating. I will definitely use this company again, just not when we're on a short deadline.
