Super excited to just receive my 2nd designed order of patches. Julice in sales communicates with me constantly to help design my orders. The production staff make adjustments to the scales models, as needed. I couldn't be happier with the level of service from this team. Firstly, its a very good patch. The artwork design phase and the business transaction were good experiences. I think that the final product is very good, though not quite at the level of quality seen in some of the patches in the market. Not sure what they can do to improve, but on the other hand, it was hard to beat this price point.

Interactions with the design and sales teams were very pleasant. They were helpful and pretty responsive, with a day or so turn around.

The designers were great and the patches turned out as expected. I had a local embroidery company sew them onto my hats. Tip: adding an adhesive back helped the embroidery co sew them on.
