It’s exactly what I ordered, except for the silver I was expecting a matte silver finish and received a chrome silver finish. It’s okay it works for now. That staff was amazing always answering questions and helping a lot, as far as the product it was great quality just the finish on it would’ve been amazing and perfect in a matte

Price was pretty expensive but I'd it was worth it, there are some imperfections with the patches but they're small so no one would notice unless looking close. All and all good purchase.

I was so excited to find this company that was able to set up our patches and I provided the dedicated representative that worked with me what type of hat we needed it for and she was able to distinguish what size patch to use. This is the type of customer service that all companies should have. As for the value, I can't complain. Our local retailer who we get our patch work done from was requiring a 250 patch minimum and we did not need that many. The ability to order less and save money is important to our non-profit organization. Would defintely recommend to anyone looking to set up patches.
