Fay has been willing to work with us diligently! Fay did a great job in meeting our needs. We were slightly disappointed with the final product in that the red had too much of a pink tint but we didn't think we had time/funds to send back the order for correction.

They look great, but the iron-on backing does not work at all, despite confirming the instructions with GS-JJ customer support.

I confirmed instructions on how to use the iron on backing, but the adhesive did not work. Followed instructions exactly, and also tried higher/lower temps and longer/shorter times. Could not produce a combination that they would work.
