I was a bit skeptical since this was my first purchase but the patches turned out excellently. It will look amazing when I put it on my jacket. And since the minimum order was 10 units that gives me some to put on other things or give to friends.

My experience so far has been very positive. I received a timely reply to my patch request as well as my request for a revision.
