Great price and good patches. I've been to different websites, but all of them either needed a large order or the price was too high. This company is way more convenient, because I just needed a couple of patches made.

This company was great to work with. We placed an order with a variety of designs, colors, and custom shapes, and they all turned out great. Our questions were answered promptly (but keep in mind that many responses are international, so to keep things moving, I responded late at night CST while it was working hours for the production team). Jean was extremely helpful and provided us with very clear proofs, images of the patches before mass production, and clear communication about the shipping time and tracking information. Jean even checked in after delivery to see if we received our order. I highly recommend ordering from this company and will use them again in the future.

The customer service was very good, but I am disappointed by the quality of the patches. They don't look as good as the rendering, and the stitching isn't as seamless as it should be. I had high expectations based off of the rendering, and I am disappointed.
