This company makes great embroidered patches! Mia helped me through the whole process and even helped me to get an order fixed when the colors didn't quite come out as expected. The patches that I ordered came out awesome. I accidentally put the wrong sizes in the when I ordered, I sent an email and they had no problem changing it to what i needed them to be. PENNY is very professional and helped me in every way possible. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

Great. Judy responded with changes when I asked for them. As a designer, it would be useful to have guidelines to use, like size of outer patch stitching. This would help designers set up their files and limit back and forth edits.
