I actually purchased pins, not patches, two separate times. I couldn't be more thrilled with the product the first time (still waiting on the second since the order was just placed) but the only think better than the product quality is the amazing customer service. Bella is phenomenal! Communication is quick, she really works to make sure the pins capture everything I'm looking for, and she gets proofs back faster than I would expect. I really enjoy working with Bella on the pin designs we have and I will keep ordering from this company for as long as I need pins or other items!
