This is my first time ordering custom patches. It came out amazing. I chose this company because their site has a thorough custom quote generator and a good price. Judy sent me proofs for approval right away, responded to questions quickly and made the whole order a breeze.

I had GJ-JJ.com create a challenge coin for my team and they did a great job. Very detailed but at a good, more affordable price compared to other vendors we looked at. They were also easy to work with and able to get the order to me quickly for an upcoming event where I presented coins to my team. I was a little worried with how long it would take for me to get the coins shipped to Colorado but they came through to meet my deadline. I plan to definitely use them again.

As a volleyball association, the membership pins we wanted to create and order for our players had to be special. The pin itself maybe just a pin with our logo, but I can tell you it brings a lot of joy to our new players each time we presented them. It meant being welcomed into a sports family. Belonging to a community of new friends and connections. Our members proudly wear it and/or put it on their sports bags. We do not regret ordering our pins from GS-JJ as they did an amazing job creating high quality pins and provide great customer service. We wanted to let our members know that they are valued, and we wanted to give them our best, and the pins’ quality represented the heart of that message very well. Bella, my sales coordinator from GS-JJ, provided phenomenal service. When I was a new customer, she was very helpful providing me with information and even connected me with an expert that could explain to me the different options in making a custom pin. That was above and beyond what I expected from an online sales service. When I returned to get an additional order months later, she continued to provide quick and straight forward professional service. Deliveries came earlier than expected on the first order. The second order, I made a mistake on the delivery date, and Bella was so accommodating for my error and was able to get my delivery earlier just into for presentation day. This again was above and beyond what I had expected. She made my day and brought a lot of smiles to many people at our ceremony. The manufacturing quality of the pins have been amazing, and I continue to be very satisfied with the product and GS-JJ’s service. I am a loyal customer for the long run now and would highly recommend this service to other customers and organizations. Bella is my favourite sales rep. If you are lucky to get her, you will be in good hands. Thank you Bella for being the amazing person you are! =)
