Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service at GS-JJ.com! I wasn't totally satisfied with the colors that they had initially selected for my patch design, but only discovered that when I received them in the mail. GS-JJ reached out to me to fix the colors and sent out a whole replacement set of patches. I will absolutely be coming back to GS-JJ when I need another patch made--the level of detail in the patches and the customer service were definitely the highlights of my shopping experience with them. Shoutout to Mia for being so responsive and helping me through every step of the way!

gs-jj.com fixed my patches after I had an issue with one of the colors. Their level of customer service is excellent, and I will be returning to them the next time I need to have patches made!
