The unit powers up but I am electing the monthly plan and the first period has not started yet. I fully expect it to be fine but have not had it fully operational so far

The one issue I have is we bought the unit to monitor the temp in our RV when we travel. For doing this the monthly plan works great but the issue is I would have liked to activate the unit to verify it is fully functional but can not do so unit I have an active plan

Would be perfect if it updated information online or on the app more frequently than every 8 hours. Bummer that you have to pay extra for real time data when there is already a subscription fee. Works well. Accurate and the alarms work as they should. Good product. Wish it would send data every hour.

Used this product for the past few days and have been pretty underwhelmed with it. No rhyme or reason to when it is and isn’t giving readings. Goes on long stretches with no updates despite recent alarm out of range. Thinking about returning it as I can’t rely on it.
