I spent ~$250 USD on certified, notarized translations from Spanish to English for medical and government documents. They ALL came with wrong and missing information, which took me a long time to revise and correct. An example, for a birth certificate the translator wrote "Genre" instead of "Gender". It's a government birth certificate, not a Spotify song. Very unhappy with this unprofessional service. Thankfully I reviewed it before sending it to my lawyers. Additionally, I requested a partial refund but they won't even give me that.

Sorry I might have gotten mad !! U denied my service but once again u are not supplying customer service if u don't answer a phone yes some of us still need people behind service when we have a problem! I tried calling and all I get is numbers to press and mind u my money was taken before I can do any thing so ! If some one was done wrong it was me not u getting insulted buy something I had wrote. In this world where every one is quick abought taking your money and not standing behind it I have all the right to get mad
.. I can really cair less if u translate my document or not . There are plenty that will .

Poor quality translation with basic errors and words missed. On challenging the translated document, a second revision was provided, however still with basic mistakes. When asking for a different translator I received a fairly strongly worded response defending the translation with no questions asked around what I might suggest to improve rather that my feedback was 'unfounded'. A very disappointing and bizarre experience.
