I did not follow the instructions well in making an impression and it cannot be used. I notified the company and they promptly sent me new putties. I learned my mistakes and produced a good impression. They sent me my night guard and it works very well! Great people, good services and good product! I highly recommend this company and it's night guards!

I had to have my night guard remade (the front cut option made the night guard not fit my front teeth). After I got my night guard remade, it has been a dream! Customer service was excellent. Definitely plan on using this service again.

The front cut option on the first night guard I received made the night guard unusable. It didn't cover my front teeth. Emailed customer service and they were so quick!!! Followed their instructions and they gave me a new one within a week or so. I'm a heavy teeth grinder and I'm pretty picky about my night guards. This night guard is pretty good. I definitely plan on using this service again in the future. Thanks so much!

I am a serious clencher and need a really hard nightguard to keep the clenching from causing my TMJ to flare. I ordered this version after trying a thinner non-acrylic version. After a couple of nights, my jaw is feeling better. Now on to the back cutting. I wasn't going to pay extra for the cutting, but my impression arrived smudged (my fault) and customer service recommended trying it backcut before I repeated the impression process. I am really glad I did. The back cut means that your front teeth are completely bare. They are still protected becuase the guard keeps your teeth apart. It feels more comfrotable. I highly recommend this option.

I purchased the 2 mm teeth night guard to wear while sleeping because of grinding my teeth in my sleep (just the upper). This teeth night guard is durable and thin enough that you don't even know it's there! I have had stellar dental appointments since I began wearing this night guard! For those that need something thinner, this is the one for you!

This is my second night guard. The first one I bought was not acrylic and cracked after a couple of years so I went with acrylic this time. Compared to spending $500 at the dentist this is a good deal. This would have been 5 stars but someone else's guard was sent to me by mistake. Even though they did make it right it wasn't the most professional experience, however, the product is good and I would still recommend.

I received the wrong guard. When asked for proof of payment I looked and never received a receipt or any response from the seller about the purchase. Once we confirmed it was a mistake on teeth night guard end there was no apology or sense of urgency.
