Everything from the ordering process to the actual product has been nothing less of superb. They send you a mold tray so you take the impression of your teeth, which is insanely easy. Mail it back to them with the prepaid shipping envelope and you receive your guard several weeks later. Excellent communication, excellent product and Definately excellent price. I’ve tried several over the counter ones and they’ve all failed miserably, being bulky and uncomfortable. Not this one, it’s compact, made from a hard acrylic and very comfortable. I didn’t even have to get used to it, it felt that comfortable. If I ever need a new one I know where I’m going.

I am very pleased with my night guard. :) Not quite as thick as the $700 dentist version but it fits well and sometimes I hardly notice I am wearing it. :)

I was able to heat the night guard as instructed to make it fit my teeth more securely. However there is extra material around my front teeth and it’s not as comfortable as other night guards I’ve had before. It is a little too bulky in the front. I feel like it would be weakened if they were to grind it down slightly as suggested.

Company did everything to make sure I was satisfied. Was a little tight on front teeth but suggested I put in boiling water briefly. Worked. Very comfortable now. They also respond quickly to emails. Definitely recommend.

I cannot make comparisons, as this is the first teeth guard I have ever bought; however, it did not take unusually long to arrive; it fits well enough to do its job. I actually have dreams again while sleeping, which had not been the case for some years.
