Nice for the price... I was just expecting something more similar to my former dentist-provided night guard. This one is VERY VERY thin, compared to that one. I bought the "insurance" to get another, just in case I "chew" through this one. It's not "hard" compared to the one I had before. I did not get the special cut-out for easier removal. It's easy to get out. I had some fitting issues but they emailed me a way to adjust it.

I have tried several over the counter options and was always disappointed. I have severe tmj and I have ground threw two dental guards at $700 each. This guard has held up and less than half the cost. Thank you!!

I have used a night guard for over 20 years, and as they break, I have go through my dentist, pay for that visit, and then I pay their lab. It's costly and takes time. Now I do this via mail; the product is equally as good--actually more durable than the last one my dentist made for me--and it's a HUGE cost savings. High recommend!

Customer service is fantastic! The mouthguard that was sent to me did not really fit and I was concerned about the thickness. However, I was contacted by customer service to try to get a new mouthguard that fits better with a better thickness. I really appreciate the customer service and willingness to set things right.

I thought that the process was fairly simple. But, since I've never ordered mouthguards for myself, I've only gotten them through a dentist office, I was very nervous about fit. The fit was a bit of an issue, but customer service has contacted me to resolve the this. I wasn't expecting this kind of great service from an online company and I very much appreciate it.

There is some of the mold still stuck on the mouth piece and I can’t get it off. Not happy since I paid extra for the 3m thickness.

I like didn't have to go to dentist; However I felt like the products should be sealed and sticker or paperwork added that the piece is sanitized. I was very disappointed when it just showed up in thin plastic and no additional clear packaging for sanitary reasons.
