it is simple to make the mold and the shipping process is easy. my first 2 orders over the years I didn't order multiple molds because I was unsure of the product. this time I ordered 2 additional guards to try a new material and thickness. a good purchase.

I got two night guards, the 2mm one and the thin 1mm one. Both are made with the highest quality and fit extremely well and are very comfortable to wear at night. Not only are their products top notch, so Is their customer service. I had a few fitting issues with my first night guard and they were quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. If I could rate this product and the customer service 10 stars I would. Overall, I am extremely happy with teeth night guard and will definitely be purchasing from them again. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends!

It was much thinner than I expected. Not like other night guarded I have had. It’s a different material and not like what is pictured, but I am wearing it. Do not think it will last as long as my other ones have in the past

This night guard is amazing! I even use it during the day sometimes and it is so comfortable to wear that I hardly notice it! I recommend going with the bottom teeth as it lays nicely.

I was surprised at how much thinner this Nightguard was than what I had previously gotten from my dentist, even with opting for extra thickness. Nevertheless, it seems to be doing the job. I appreciate the substantial cost savings.

Comparable item to one you get from a dentist - only way less cost. It cost me 1/4 - 1/3 less than what my dentist would have charged. Teethnightguard is very reputable and helpful.

Very reputable business and high quality nightguard. Getting a good impression is tricky and needs way better instructions both written and via video. Need to better instruct on where and how to place the putty in the tray. How to insert the tray into your mouth and the proper pressure to exert to the tray all around while in your mouth. It took me 3 trys to get an impression that I thought would work. When the nightguard arrived, it did NOT fit into my mouth. It took several days of soaking it in hot/warm water about 10 minutes before attempting to put it in my mouth. Now I can get it into my mouth nightly so that it fits and feels comfortable. My issue now is how to get it out of my mouth without feeling like I'm pulling my teeth with it. It certainly works as a nightguard once in my mouth on my teeth. I never remember getting a nightguard with the above issues. I've been using a nightguard for over 40 years and have had many in that time period. Customers need to know how the impression should look when it is a good one. And how much clearance there should be between front teeth and putty in the impression. I suspect my impression were good for back teeth but too shallow in front teeth but I had nothing to compare it to in pix or videos. Customer service needs to do more person to person contact. Emails make it a prolonged and incomplete info exchange. Some things are fine with emails. But taking impressions need more one to one exchange. I rate Customer Service as excellent but too scarce.

My dentist recommended a night guard since I decided not to get an implant in the far back area. Their night guard was going to run 4 times the cost of this. I took the opportunity to check this company out and was pleased beyond thankfulness. It works well.

The guard does not stay on the teeth. It keeps falling even after several attempt at boiling it and trying to refit as per instructions. Second comment is that the guard edge against the roof of the mouth is not flush against the roof of the mouth, which causes your tongue to have an edge it is rubbing against

The guard does not stay on the teeth. The back of the guard sticks down from the roof of the mouth and therefore the tongue hits it.

My mouth guard fits perfectly. I followed the directions and took my impression and the guard is great. I'm very happy with it. I think order tracking could have been done a little better. I didn't want to download an app to track my package.
