I ordered a replacement pad for equipment that has been used for over 10 years. I was not sure if a replacement was possible. When I contacted customer service, they requested the measurements and were quickly able to find a replacement. Further, when the order was placed, customer service ensured that I received the replacement quickly. I am pleased with the replacement and the customer service received.

Would Never Purchase Anything Other Than Yukon !!! The Best Equipment On The Planet!!! I Know I have Owned 2 In The Past!! Starting Over and Have To Use It Daily For The Rest Of My Life Or Be In Physical Therapy 2-3 Times a Year!! I Know What and How To Do What I Need.
