As a first time seller I had a positive experience using aflatfee.com to sell my condo. Melanie responded promptly whenever I emailed/texted a question or concern with the process or was left a message/request for a showing. Showings were as varied as the viewers. I knew my buyer would find my condo and did. I had only one unprofessional realtor/potential buyer and declined any further interest. It provide a way to reach out to potential buyers at various sites including Redfin, Zillow, Realtor, etc. and schedule Open Houses at a low flat fee.
