Tom and his assistant Holly were really easy to work with. They have easy to follow instructions when they needed someone from me. The whole process from the in home blood draw to the final approval via email took longer then I liked, but Tom Said it would take awhile, but I'm the end I got the policy I wanted at a price that was better then I was quoted.
