It was an Oring. The replacement worked fine. Your service group got it shipped right away. It took 4 days to get to me, without my pool running.
My complaint was that no where online, or in the owners manual could I find anything about how to replace the oring. A little diagram showing where and how the oring fit could have saved time and money.
Also, If I had known the size of the oring, I could have got one locally and saved the 4 days downtime.

Order came quickly. I ordered to replace the previous one that came with the pool when I bought this house. I'm not sure how old it was but after 2 years living here, it finally cracked and sprang a big leak. I have not installed this replacement one yet, but will try to do another update to this review after install!
