We ordered 2 pendant light fixtures for our remodel. 1 pendant was shipped followed by an email that the 2nd pendant was back ordered until April.
We were not made aware of backorder issue when we ordered. We are unable to wait 4 months for a 2nd fixture. We have been trying to return item, sent in a request to return and gage received '0' feedback from your site.
Totally disappointed with your customer service.

This particular pull is on back order everywhere and for a moment I thought Decor Planet was as well, but they worked hard to get the pull and is able to fill my order. I am thankful...this Client is closing and yet a whole wall was missed at the original order count. AHHH...THANK YOU DECORPLANET!

I had only partial shipment and AFTER the expected ship date of the delayed portion of the order, I contacted customer shipment. Received an answer that part of my delayed shipment would be shipped within 3 business days (and I'd received notification when it did) and the rest would be a further 4-6 weeks delayed. Now it has been two weeks since that email and the portion that was supposed to ship in 3 days still hasn't shipped and the website still shows that the entire portion of my order that is delayed was supposed to have shipped 3 weeks ago, no update from decor plant whatsoever except an erroneous response to my inquiry.

We found a fan that, I think, will exactly fit our needs. The fan was too expensive, but the discounts made it more affordable (we're willing to pay more for a Craftmade fan--they're amazing) . The website was easy to use so ordering was simple. We're looking forward to deliver in a couple of weeks.

Very easy website to use, - ordering was simple !! I knew exactly which tv stand/ with fireplace and brick look I wanted. Did a lot of searching and it was on backorder everywhere I looked....until I found Decor Planet !! AND the price was less !!

I was real happy that you had my searched product for sale.
I immediately purchased only to find you did not have the product in stock and essentially gave me an estimated shipping date of one month out.
This is bate advertising and selling. Not cool with this technique.
Now I as a consumer must track your estimated delivery date. Should that change do I have recourse or an ability to cancel and full refund?

Ordered product from Decor Planet that appeared to be in stock 11/20. Received an email notification the following day, product would be shipped on 11/30. Contacted customer service this morning to determine status of order because information on Decor Planet's website states the order is still in production.
