I booked 2 oil changes this week for and indicated I'd wait for the cars. When I showed up for both the store told me that the car would not be ready for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. I assumed that since I booked a time that said I could wait for the cars the service would be performed in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Why book a wait time for an oil change if you have to wait 2-1/2 to 3 hours?
