E-mail communication between myself and Daisy was quick and easy. When I had a question they were quick to respond, and when the patch design was changed they worked quickly to adjust the prototype image sent to me showing how the patch and image would look.

This is an absolutely beautiful and very high quality pin! All of the people who communicated with me and worked on my order were professional, kind and helpful - and the company managed to get my pin to me for the date that I needed despite it being a fairly short time frame, which was amazing. Definitely would recommend!
