I ordered pins of a new logo for the Adirondack Railroad. These pins have been well received by all who have seen them. The decals have also been very popular. Judy did a great job handling my order - timely service and fast delivery. I certainly have no complaints! I was even able to use them as a component of cap badges for my conductor uniform (don't be too impressed with the badge - it's gold foil on a plastic backing)

I worked with Bella on both my initial pin order and a subsequent one. The initial pin quality was excellent so I designed and ordered more. On my second order I had many requests and changes and Bella was very patient and helpful with me through the process. I have not yet finalized (or received) the second order yet but I'm sure that they'll be as good as the first!

I worked with Bella both on an initial pin order and then when I placed a second order for more designs. The initial pin quality was excellent, so I decided to order more. On the second batch of pins I had many requests and changes with the proofs. Bella was helpful (and very patient) with me through the process.

Bella and the design team at gs-jj.com were fantastic to work with. This was my first time creating a challenge coin and they made quick revisions to my design. I work with the U.S. Military with whom these challenge coins are so famously sought after, so I was pretty picky about how things looked as I worked through this project. The folks at gs-jj.com (especially Bella) are perfect in customer service. I already have plans for another project and have already referred a friend to them for at least one project of his own. I was honestly surprised with the quickness in which my inquiries were responded to by Bella. I placed a small order of 100 coins but was treated as if I was a major customer. I made several errors in my design order and Bella corrected my errors quickly and efficiently then sent the updated proof back to me to ensure I was 100% satisfied before placing our order. The proof was exactly as I wanted, and ordering was easy, so I await my coins with anticipation. You will have better luck finding a unicorn than a better deal here for the quality of metal and customer service experience. Bella is the absolute best to work with. Coins have not arrived at this time. However, I know they will be perfect. Andrew
