I was concerned about the color match. I had issues with a c ompany color matching some keycjains I made so I was concerned it would happen again but they sent a sample and where very resourceful and knowledge in explaining the process. Though the pandemic my package got lost Lucy was able to help with that and get my product sent to me within a month. I am very thankful for all her help
