Took 3 or so tries in as many days to get the designer to listen to my needs, so delivery ended up late for my event. Part of it was signature requirement for international delivery, but being a day or two earlier would have helped.

I ordered collar pins with a logo in the centre. The logo was surprisingly well done. On the design drawing it looked very good but design is not the same as actuality but in this case it was very close. Collar pins are small so it is a little trickier to get them proper but given the size restriction I was very pleased how they turned out.

Working with Sunny was a real pleasure especially as there were some complications at my end regarding the institution I was dealing with. Finally I ordered something to my own liking rather than what the institution wanted [and then decided not to order anyways!] Sunny was great to deal with, the unnamed institution not so much! Sunny did make the difference, certainly I could have said "Enough" but I decided to try again as Sunny was so good about waiting for a different design. It was a journey but given the end result of the collar pins I am glad we did not stop.
