Lucy was fast and helpful! I got multiple quotes from pin makers and this one was the best price, by such a difference that I actually wondered what the catch was. But looked them up on Reddit and they are very trustworthy so I went with it. IT WAS GREAT. everything from communication to getting a different metallic color substituted, swift and well done. There are discounts for Lengthier production times and shipping options. Since I didn’t need them in a hurry I got a nice little knock off the price. The product is shipped from China, and they are very clear and accurate about how long it takes for the product to arrive. They are absolutely beautiful and better than my hopes while designing.

Had really great customer service. The company is very quick about responding to emails and are very knowledgeable when guiding me through the issue with my order.
