I've worked with gs-jj.com a couple of times previously, so I was reasonably sure I'd get a great product no matter what. My latest project included ordering a bunch of pin designs that were very complex. Sophia was my point of contact with the company and helped me through the entire process. She was incredibly patient and helpful, which was really nice because this was my biggest project to date and I had lots of questions. They're always fast to respond and the final products were stunning. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience and product!

Best pin prices around due to their direct from warehouse prices. Customer service (I had worked with Sophia) is amazing and made it very easy to design and order the pins without having to pay extra.

I had an amazing experience working with Sophia and will definitely return when I want to make additional pins again. Originally, I had a problem receiving emails (they had inadvertently gone into my spam inbox and weren't showing in my normal inbox) but I received an email from customer service immediately resolving the issue. Sophia was also amazing handling the design, answering questions and following up to make sure everything about the order was to my specifications.
