I actually gave up on going with GS-JJ.com, but, Judy kept in contact, was very polite and sent revisions until the design was remarkably good. The simple logo part of the design was in enamel and the very finely detailed portion was high quality print. We are very satisfied with the design and quality of the pin. Everyone liked it upon receiving it.

Lucy did an amazing job on my custom lapel pen! She is efficient, friendly & profesh. Lucy answered all of my questions promptly & followed up with me on several occasions. My shipment arrived quicker than anticipated & the product was quality! I was super impressed with the pins & was honored to pass them out during Cookiecon to my fellow attendees. Definitely recommend!

I made several changes in the design as I became more familiar with the process and changed my mind about the line weight and colors. Daisy courteously helped me throughout the long process. The sample included a couple of mistakes, but they were rapidly corrected and Daisy made sure the results were exactly as I hoped.

Excellent communication. Fast shipping, faster than expected, thanks. The design website is a little clunky. You can't choose any color of metal other than gold or your design disappears. Overall would recommend and purchase again. Thank you.

Found this service over the web and decided to give them a try. Had a overall positive experience. The pricing was a bit high, but the quality definitely warrants it. Daisy was very helpful in providing solutions or advice to problems we ran into, and responding in a timely manner. Overall, I would use their services again without a doubt.
