Great customer service, beautiful pins. Only option i wouldve liked to have been included as a choice is the finish on the pins; either the gloss epoxy that im guessing comes standard on all your soft enamel pins, maybe a flat epoxy, or no epoxy finish as at all option. I love the design and the execution, I just am not too thrilled with the epoxy finish due to it holding finger prints fairly easily.

Lucy was very efficient and extremely helpful in the design of my custom coin. My coins came earlier than what was originally planned which was a bonus and they were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Lucy and Staff!!!

I ordered custom PVC zipper pulls, and they turned out great, and were delivered on time. A few of the zipper pulls had molding issues, and won't be used for our project, but 98% were exactly what we ordered. Communication was sometimes tricky, as our primary contact was in Asia, but I think the final product delivered, the price, and fact it was delivered on time, makes this a very worthwhile purchase and experience.

I'm very happy with the detail that came through in my enamel pins. Next time I would choose a metal finish, instead of white finish, because the white coating makes them look plastic, but they don't feel plastic.
