I stumbled upon this company while playing on the internet, and on a whim decided to place an order for Lapel Pins. We initially had some confusion (Partially my fault), in regard to what the pins needed to look like, with the initial shipment that I received not being to my liking. That being said, Lucy was VERY responsive to my emails and totally accommodating in remaking the pins. In the end, my staff and I are very pleased with the end result, and would gladly work with Lucy and this organization again.
