We ordered the pins for a convention. The pins were received late. So, now I have 500 pins sitting in a box.

I am very disappointed in the late delivery. We ordered them for a convention that we have every year. We took a chance on your company and lost. Even when we called to check on status we were told it would arrive via fedex friday before convention. That was untrue. We received them Monday after convention.
