Correct. We clear our cache throughout the day for a few reasons. First, it keeps the site operating at optimal levels, as quickly as possible. Second, it ensures security on your end that the person signing in is the person placing orders. However, I will check to see if we can save carts on logged in customers dashboards. So far, its above average. I couldn't find the model I was looking for because the picture/description online didn't match the model #. Yasir on chat was great, sales rep Jonathan called back right away to confirm the web pic/desc was wrong but model # was correct. So I'm taking it on his word that the right model will arrive.
