In reviewing your order, it seems there was some difficulty getting your proofs to you at the start of your order, which delayed production. Once everything was approved, the initial shipment of your flags was unfortunately lost in shipping. Once we were alerted to this, the graphics were immediately sent into production again. A discount on your next order was offered as our pledge to improve our service and do better with your next order.
