After checking several local dealers to find the best price on the Pentair IC-30 salt chlorinator I found that Pool Plaza had by far the best price. I was a little anxious at first since I've never purchased anything from this company but after speaking with one of their reps to ensure that they had the product in stock, I made the purchase. It arrived quickly as advertised in the original manufacturer packaging. I installed the chlorinator and have had no issues so far. I would definitely recommend buying from this company.

I ordered Polaris Ladder Guards and received them without a problem. Unfortunately, they did not work for my pool and I've tried to reach the company repeatedly so I can return them with no success. Also, I can't find a street address for the business. I've sent 2 emails to the address provided on their site, I've called and spoken to a rep who said the manager would email instructions for returning my order (I waited 2-3 days and never heard from him/her) and I've left a message on their business phone. I've received no response to any attempt. Needless to say, I'm frustrated, aggravated and positive I'll never order from this company again!
